For Rights Holders

PLAX is a service that lets coaches save the URLs of drill posts they find on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and elsewhere, and build practice plans from them. We do not store the video or image files of posts on our servers; playback uses each service's official embedding features.
Even so, if you are a rights holder who does not want your posts displayed on PLAX, or if you have found a post that infringes rights, please contact us at the contact point below. Users can also send reports via "Report this post" on each post's page.
Requests we accept
- Removal from public Cards: we will stop displaying the post in public Cards and public Menus, which other Users and viewers who are not logged in can view. On request, we can also remove all posts by the same poster. URLs and notes that each User has saved to their own board remain as that User's private records.
- Notice of an infringing post: if you find a URL to a video or other content uploaded without the rights holder's permission, please let us know. After checking, we will remove it from public Cards and public Menus and, as necessary, warn the Users who saved it, delete Cards or suspend accounts.
What to include in your request
- The URL of the post concerned (and the URL of the page on PLAX, if available)
- Your name or organization name and your relationship to the post (the poster, the copyright holder, their agent, etc.)
- Your contact details (email address)
- The action you request (removal from public Cards / notice of an infringing post)
- For a notice of an infringing post, the rights being infringed and the reasons you believe so
How we respond
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days.
- We will check the details and inform you of the result. We may ask for additional information to verify it.
- We cannot accept false requests or requests made by impersonating another person.
